Shipping policy

All packages are insured in case of non-delivery. In the case of non-delivery of a package, please contact sales@fizzfairy.ca

We offer world-wide shipping.

 

We offer flat-rate shipping by weight depending on the destination country. Above these weights, shipping is calculated by the postal service depending on weight and destination.

All of our packages are tracked to their destination.

Shipping Protection

If shipping protection is unselected at check-out, we will be unable to help reimburse any lost, damaged or stolen packages. 

Any orders with shipping protection who need to make a claim for damages must include detailed photographs of the broken item(s) displaying what was lost. Please send details to sales@fizzfairy.ca.
