Shipping Returns and Refunds

Return Policy


Even though we strive to be as accurate as possible, we are happy to refund/replace any products that have been received in error, provided that they are undamaged and have not been tampered with. 

Items that are not eligible to be returned:

  • Used, opened or broken products due to health and safety reasons
  • Liquid products including fragrance oils and essential oils
  • Sale or clearance items

If you would like to return an acceptable item, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order via email at fizzfairybathandbodytreats@gmail.com. The item(s) to be returned must then be received by us within 7 business days (a tracking number if you are shipping the item back is acceptable). 

Note that the recipient is responsible for any shipping charges to send the product(s) back to us. Also note that in every case, these returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. The remaining amount will be returned by the same manner by which it was received, with the exception of amounts under $5.00 and E-Transfer. For amounts under $5.00 and for payments received via E-Transfer, a store credit will be issued. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error; or
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once we have received all of the product(s) back to our warehouse, the return will be process. Please allow 5-7 business days for refunded funds to be processed and appear in your account.  

Refunds due to Customs Issues


If an order is returned to our warehouse due to customs issues, then the customer will have the option to either have the package sent out again (and will have to pay for shipping again), or be refunded the amount of their order (minus the 20% restocking fee). 

Most international packages that are returned to the warehouse have information missing from the recipient. If you have a business, please ensure your tax information is provided correctly, alongside the actual recipient of the package and the address. We are not responsible for delayed or returned packages that are missing information from the customer. If a refund is owed in these situations, it will be given once all packages, products and orders are received back at our warehouse, and once again the 20% restocking fee will apply. Please ensure your information is correctly given when purchasing.

Once we have received all of the product(s) back to our warehouse, the return will be process. Please allow 5-7 business days for refunded funds to be processed and appear in your account.  

Exchanges


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at fizzfairybathandbodytreats@gmail.com.

 Backorders


From time to time, we may run out of certain products. If this happens and you’ve purchased a back-ordered item, we will offer various options depending on the circumstances. Options may include: substituting the product with a similar alternative, refunding the product, shipping the entire order when the back-ordered product(s) arrive or shipping the order in two separate packages (depending on the shipping amount to do so). 

Pricing


In an event where pricing has been listed incorrectly for any reason, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price, whether or not payment has been made on the product. If payment has been made, we will either cancel and refund the product purchased or contact you to collect any amount due.

Order Cancellation


If an order is cancelled after it has gone into processing for any reason, there will be a 20% restocking fee. If the order has not yet gone into processing, a $5.00 administration fee will be charged.
