Mica Paint Palette - With 24 Mica Powders

This acrylic palette comes with 24 mica powder samples, mindfully curated to meet all of your bath product painting needs! Whether you paint bath products often or you're just starting, this palette can be a great addition to your supplies. If you already have mica powders, you can also purchase the empty version in this listing!

We love this palette for so many reasons. The wells are the perfect size for holding mica (10mL each), the airtight lid makes it transportable and means your alcohol won't evaporate and be wasted, and it means less mess. We send the mica powders to you in individual bags, so that you can create your own layout of colours and can put away the remaining powder until it's time to refill your palette. We include enough mica to fill your palette 2-3 times, depending on the quantity used.

• 24 Mica Powder Samples (individualized list in photos) Approx 1/2 tsp. of each colour (or enough to fill palette 2-3 times)
  

1. Using the small spatula (included) or a small spoon (a 1/4 teaspoon works great), take a small amount of mica out of the bag and add to the individual well. You only need a small amount - about 1/4-1/3 of the well is great. A proposed layout is included in the pictures in this listing, but you can layout your colours however you'd like!
2. Add 99% isopropyl alcohol to the colours you'd like to use to paint. You can fill the well until they're about 1/2 full, so that you still have room to stir with your brush as you paint. 
3. Start painting! When you're finished, you can snap on the airtight lid to save your alcohol and mica paint for another day, or you can leave it open overnight and allow the alcohol to evaporate, if you don't plan on painting for awhile. After the alcohol evaporates, the mica that is left in the well is still great to use another day - simply add alcohol again!
